I agree with this because older toons need a place to get away from the newer toons. Plus, 100 laff is really NOT that hard to get, especially since the top laff is 137. Though, I have to say...I've seen this idea said about a million times before, so I wouldn't really call it your idea since tons of people have thought of this before.
