The "Toons of the World Unite Foundation"?
Hmm, is this a true charity, or is it really a disguised political organization to support Flippy's re-election campaign? Sounds fishy to me. I think the Toontown Times needs to dig a little deeper into this one. Maybe "Good Ol' Bob Woodward" and "Fat Carl Berstein" should be put on the case.
