We definitely need to hear suggestions, but this needs to be addressed within the Council before any fast and hard rules are implemented for the Boss runs. I do NOT want to limit those coming to boss runs to only those ppl using YM or voice chat. There are many of us who do not have the benefit of those devices, or do not want to bother with them. Some of us have lag issues when we use them. I don't think that we want to limit our boss runs to only those who are capable of running Yahoo or voice chat.
