I suppose the monkey might need cashbots at some point, but since it requires tasks in DDL to get cashbot suits and it requires a minimum 61 laff to get any tasks in DDL, the lowest laff you will see on an uber looking for his or her Robber Baron suit will be 61.
I'm assuming you checked the monkey's gags to determine that he/she was an uber. Who knows why some people do things. *shrug*
