I like the TU unites and all, especially for the VP. I go on a lot of CCG runs with the VP, and I frequently use lower TU unites to save the little toons.
But I do a lot of solo factories, and 2 manning the bullion mint. So I also like the gag up unites. I always seem to get either 10, 20, 30 TU unites, or 80TU or MAX TU. lol So it's either extremely low or very high. I often get good gag up's, like commonly used throw, and lure. Or MAINLY USED Sound. and a few gag up Toon up gags. So it all depends. I voted for Gag Up's. :]
