Hello my fellow dedicated adult toontowners.
My name is Krystie, and I'm a toonaholic. I've had quite a few sf's ask me if I had joined the group yet, but I didn't even know what it was. After a little research, it seems this is right up my alley. After all, when it comes to choosing between Toontown and Laundry, Toontown wins! (Besides, that's what I had kids for, to do the laundry, right?)
A little about me. I am middle-aged mom of five kids ranging from diapers to college. A little early in life kids and later in life kids.
My oldest son saw a commercial for Toontown back in 2003 and told my second oldest child about it. She looked it up, made a freebie account, then begged to get an account. She made honor roll and is just an all-around awesome kid, so I said yes. Then I got a second account for my thirdborn. I don't even know how I got involved. I suppose I just went to watch my daughter or son, maybe help out a little (my son was 8 at the time) and thought, hey, this looks pretty cool! From then on, I took possession of my sons account as he wasn't that interested. We played from Spring until Summer of 2004. Then something happened and I cancelled our accounts.
Somehow in June of 2007, my daughter talked me into reinstating her account. Of course, I started messing around with it again, and bam, I suddently reinstated my (my sons) account too! Then I had my mother over and she would sit down and fish on one of my toons. She got hooked on the fishing, so I bought her a 1 month sub. Then another month, then another... until Late fall when she said, get me the year sub. Then in late September, I was so excited about Halloween and Black Cats coming that I actually purchased a 4th account for myself to make ALL black cats! lol
So, that's me! Currently I am working on BBHQ, like most everyone else. I already know a lot of you, and am looking forward to meeting many more of you! Thanks for letting me say heya!
