I always found it rude, (When I used to play) I always fished in DDL. There was a bunny stalking me (yes, reported, was just told to "x them and move on.") and would always steal my "lucky" dock.
I would steal it back as soon as he got off of it. He got really really mad.
(That was my goal, to get back at him.)
So, no, I don't think it's fair.
and if you can, (I would) steal it back =]
