Then you should find your image in that folder, normally labeled, "screenshot-fri-3-12-08" depending on the day, etc.
If you can't find that folder, you can also take a photo, and put it in a image editing program, like Paint. Just hit Print Screen button, (Prt Scrn) and then hit paste in Paint. Then, save the image wherever you want to.
