Good question.
We have a system going on. One of our other leaders coolzach1994 is on vacation until Friday. On Friday, he will make a thread about if you want to join and the member list/coolest ticket list. After, when an event happens, I will probably say how much coolest tickets you are going to get. Zach then knows how much, and then probably writes them down on a piece of paper. He then presses "edit" on the members list, finds the person that earned them, and just adds the coolest tickets he/she earned from the event from the coolest tickets she/he has already (if she/he has any.)
