Too bad TT dosent advertise it anymore, You can find it burried down in the release notes, but on open, If you have Vista you are forced to use the Vista Launcher.
If you have Test, you can use either, but there are only 2 places to find the vista launcher. Burried in TT test's release notes, or on the link i gave you
