Organic magnets may help, but the reason that expeirienced toons' magnets have higher accuracy, is because they are, well, more experienced. They work their lure more. The higher gag you have, the more it increases the accuracy in your lower gags. Thats why Lvl. 5 gags are very popular among maxxed toons. Because they have good accuracy, and you can carry a bunch!

That's what I was thinking. I don't know about other gags, but when I got the higher-level $20 bill, my big magnet seemed to start working better. I actually spent a lot of time "training" with lures in Donald's Dock and TT Central with small magnets and smaller bills until I was effective enough to use my lure gags in the harder neighborhoods.
