1. Not that I know of.
2 and 3. Using lure of the same type, I.E both magnets, both dollar bills, will even out the chances of them hitting. The higher gag's accuracy will slightly decrease, but the lower gag's will increase. Don't put magnet+bill, magnet+goggles or bill+goggles, as that will mess up the accuracy severely.
