I haven't seen him or anyone quite like that, but I neglected Squirt purposely(on my toon SQUIRT), and I love not having Squirt. It leaves room for better gags, and for me Drop is like Squirt. When someone uses a storm cloud or something, I just use one of my drops. I couldn't do what he did though, I would hate not having better gags than that... Squirt is completely maxed except for squirt.
