When i was doing a CJ you know the pan for the cogs. When evidence from them goes in it helps him. he flashes green. Throw your evidence in the cog pan helps him. It is very strange. I am not sure doing this raises/lowers either pan. i saw him flash green and stopped. Anyone ever notice.
