I have noticed this many times, for example
Going to stage 2 of the front 3 and cant see anything except toons and gray
Cogs v2.0 dont react to gags
Cogs v2.0 blink red when hit immediatly by a gag
Suit part giver wont give you a toontask with one empty slot and instead will say "you need to complete the toontask i already gave you" or something along those lines
