Idea for CEO District on Open
Since a few mentioned a Test district for Open CEO's, I gave it some thought and talked with a couple friends on how we should do this.
We really can't post a District in the forums, as we might as well go to River and swim with the starfish.
This is the idea I liked most.
"Word of Mouth"
I went online this AM and picked two Districts (one would be a backup District) I know are usually slow. What I'd like to do is pass those District's to friends from test, and have those friends pass it onto their friends. For those who want to work a key open that don't get passed the district, they can PM anyone they know from this forum.
Let me know what you think, any other idea's are welcome! Also we should discuss what times work for most.
