I joined Toontown back in about 2004, and there was a video showing that Professor Gyro created this robot for Scrooge McDuck, and when Scrooge stopped by, Professor Gyro wasn't there, but there was a note on the robot that said "Don't touch. There a still a few bugs." Unfortunately, Scrooge did anyway, and the robot created all of the Cogs. Maybe he's the Chairman. Keep posting! Also, anyone interested in helping me make a story about the robot, why Gyro was making it for Scrooge, how the Cog HQs were created, including BBHQ, and even what the Cogs are planning to create right now!
