This is the kind of thread that there's so much information and great ideas that people just support it, because it's attractive.
Many of those are good ideas (I didn't say all), but the reality is that 1/3 of those are impossible, 1/3 of them wouldn't work out, and the rest would be incredibly hard to add to the game.
The developers are smart guys. They're working for a living. I'm sure there's an entire department of their staff just for the conception of ideas. If an idea is good and works, it's added. I'm POSITIVE they've considered most of these.
You just need to know how hard some things would be, and which things aren't necessary. (I noticed the number of *'s increased steadily throughout your post)
