They can suspend or cancel anyone anytime if they find that you have broken any of the house rules which you have to agree to before you become a member. They do not need to give any notice. It is in the contract.
Back to the OP: Yes, I think they have been more strict as I received that same email yesterday. I wondered if they were just sending them out randomly, because I have been good for several weeks now.
Of course, my husband and my son also play, so who knows.
