There really is no requirement for laff in the CEO. You just have to complete all of your tasks from TTC to LBHQ suit parts (you should be around 100-104 laff?). Then you would have a new set of tasks to get your BBHQ suit parts. There are laff requirements for the Back Nine and Middle Six Cog Golf Courses though. (You also have to be the full laff, you can't be 100/120 laff etc,. or it would say you need more laff points).
After DDL tasks, you can't get any more tasks for laff boosts. The rest lies in gardening, racing, golfing, and maxing the HQs.
