1.Don't be mean to new toons. unless there in place like HQ's or DDL ect. Help them back TTC.
2.DON't take them to a batttle they can't win withought you.
3.Ubers are exceptional from all these guidelines.
4.You must have 100+laff and have at leats 3maxed gags unless your an uber.
