That says MATINENCE! Matinence and BBHQ are DIFFRENT THINGS!!!
As far as I know... (and I know lots!) these Matinence things are to get READY for BBHQ.
They did the same things with SBHQ, CBHQ and LBHQ... all of them had random matinence things before them to get ready for it...
Trust me... it ISN'T Boss HQ...
