This is a complicated issue......

This is my take on it:

1) There are 2 reasons for "shuffling" as I see it
a) toons afraid of going sad because of too many inexperienced players
b) toons trying to load a group of friends to go together

When you are a ColdCaller you automatically assume that toons are shuffling only because of you... this is not the case.

When shuffling occurs and the elevator goes with only 2 CC did anyone consider its because there were 4 friends who are all working sellbot together that made up 50% of that load?

It just irritates me when ppl assume its always some bias against little toons when its not. When I was working sell a lot of the time my load would get stunk by CC thinking we hated them when the reality was all about wanting to play with friends.

TT is supposed to be about friendships and cooperation... but these elevators in fact discourage it.

I've said it over and over in frustration over shuffling...

What we need is 3 elevators in all lobbies to fight VP, CFO, CJ, and soon to come CEO (of course we all know sell is the worst and the others aren't so bad at all)

If this happened toons would easily be able to see how many in different groups to combine for an 8 man load. When theres 20 toons all trying to get on how many of those are trying to go with 3-6 toons???

This is the primary reason for shuffling IMO for whatever its worth... its also why the CCG works... it makes a place where you don't shuffle to go with friends... its 1 big group of "friends".

Anyway... just my thoughts from the perspective of a maxed sell toon.

Don't blame the toon blame the designer
