My Mood:
Dear Toons: It's up to us...

Durin the last few days, I've come to a realization.

It's really not the fact that I will have to run through the D office about 10 times (if I'm lucky to end with an invasion) to get the 14,400 notices when I get to that point. It's the people I have the fortune or misfortune, as the case may be, to run with.

If it is a "good" group (Toons that can be nice, joke around and have fun as well as knowing the right strategies to get us all through it alive) then the time in there seems to fly for me. At least, those groups make DA's fun and bearable. I'm even getting better at the puzzles, so they aren't as intimidating as they used to be for me. (And if I trip the holocogs, I will not hesitate to use my level 7's or good SOS cards).

But, if it is a "bad" group (Toons not joining battles on purpose, being nasty, etc.) then it drags and it's not fun.

It is true that we can't control how other people act (or our control is limited; it is possible to teach other toons a lesson or two ). But we can control ourselves.

I think it is important to remember that how much fun we have is up to us. All of us. I think many of you already know this, but maybe an equal number do not or they just don't care. For the last group; there may be no help for them.

Toons of the World Unite!
