Devs virtually never, if ever, release or hint at anything before it comes out. On the rare occasion that they do, it's on the website, and I've never seen anything of this nature on the website. My guess is that they'll either make a scrolling map for more neighborhoods, a redone, bigger map, a whole new map(hopefully), or no new neighborhoods at all.
