Yeah, haha. However, I'm not sure if any toons actually follow them.
How it works usually is,
Toons form a group with friends. Followed by them posting in "Need to know what district toon are shopping in" that they are currently shopping. Which notifies other toons to join in.
Besides that, we all just usually wait for a posted event.
