Considering it said "The cogs have thrown a wrench into our system" how would they be adding something to BBHQ? They have ALOT of bugs, and gosh only knows how many on Test CONSIDERING the fact that BBHQ was just released.. If it was them adding to BBHQ, or just FIXING BBHQ it would have said "Toontown is currently down for maintenance" or "Toontown is currently down for an update".. Not "A cog has thrown a wrench into our system"....
