I ran into this problem last night. I was trying to gift one of my little toons something from the VDay Cattlelog, and needed to clear some things out of his mailbox first. I did, and tried to send it again, and it said it was full!
I thought I must have gotten confused and just gone to his mailbox, and maybe forgotten to actually delete something. So I tried again, switched back, same problem. Tried logging off to see if that would help. Nope. Same problem on two of my other little toons.
Great. I got tired of it and thought, maybe it'll be fixed by tomorrow. I haven't been able to get on today and check, but going by your post, I guess not.
I can see how it's fun to play with the phrases - that's kinda cool - but with my luck the Valentine's Day stuff will be gone by the time they get it fixed and my lil toons will be out of luck.
