My Mood:
Well, well, well, I feel that I must weigh in on this as well. I just recently joined the CCG and I really appreciate the help I have received with the CFO and the CJ. I found it hard to get aboard the elevator with a successful load of toons in the other districts because of my small suit size in the cash and law categories. But after finding the CCG and starting to go to CCG runs, I have built those suits to money bag and spin doctor status and will receive promotions on both when I next make a run on the CFO and CJ. I now have no problem loading in River and making a successful run. The larger toons are no longer shuffling off when I board the elevator. I try to make all the CCG runs that I can make. Now addressing the shuffling in VP and the first load or two going off sometimes or most times without HW's on them. When I arrive on the steps, the elevator is almost always loaded with small toons. How are we supposed to pack on a HW or two when the load is already full? In this situation if the HW's move on up onto the platform, then you see some toons shuffle off. Whoa!!! There's a HW, I'm gonna jump and catch the next with a HW!!! I agree, that is when the HW should pack on, but quite often the platform is full of smaller toons and they pack on. Maybe the HW's should get in there a couple minutes early and be prepared for boarding that first load. Maybe the suggestion that they lead the charge is the best. Maybe 2-3 HW's board and then the others let smaller toons join the elevator and then only pack to keep the ele from going short. (Keeping from in front of the doors though, mind you.)
But don't just assume these early loads are going off without HW's on them is the fault of the HW's. The fact that we have randoms in the mix also leads to the elevators getting packed with low level toons. I have on occasion invited non-CCG member friends along for a run. They were confused with what was happening, I was hanging back to board with them, then they didn't understand the system of battle during the cog rounds and got scolded over their choice of gags. So I don't invite non-CCG friends to come with me to the runs anymore.

I was there for the special event helping the young boy. I wasn't on his load, but was on his Dad's load. Maybe that kept me away from a scheduled VP run, I'm not sure, don't always make it to the VP run. I try to make it to at least one CCG VP run each day. I made the 10:00 pm EST run for VP, so I did what I try to do for CCG VP. The CCG CFO run that was short of folks. I was not going to be there anyhow. I was in need of bucks. As to the time of the run, now tell me when are you supposed to try to schedule a special run for a 5 year old. They have early bedtimes and they have school and then of course dinner. And I have been in attendance at other times for CFO and CJ when there were no more than three loads of toons available, and at least twice had unsuccessful runs. So don't entirely blame a special run for the failed attempts there.
