I think its kind of breaking the rules, and it doesn't fair for the other players. Some people wait A LOT to go into nutty river and they can't, and they really want to play there and they need it, and when they wait, some toons taking their place by doing NOTHING. Thats just not fair, there is a good reason why disney make your toon log out when you don't play it. When you don't play your toon, some people need nutty river more than you. I think that people who do that should get suspended. I can understand if you go for 5 minutes, but if you go for a long time, you should log out.
