If you are adding Big Wig and The Big Cheese, you add the last HQs highest merit amount, and the HQ before that's highest amount.

In this case, it would be 14400 + 8900 = 23,300. Huge, aint it?

The formulas are only for merit levels at level 12, 15, 20, 30, 40 and 50. The rest, i have not figured out..
