Manually downloading Toontown
Should you keep experiencing problems after completing all the above steps, you can still try to manually download the game:
- Open Internet Explorer and type exactly this in the address bar (mind the capital letters) then press Enter or click on the arrow button:
http://ukdownload.toontown.com/sv1.0...llLauncher.exe
- When prompted with the File Download window, choose Save and save the file to your Desktop.
- Once the download is complete, go to your Desktop, and double-click the installer file to launch it.
- If you are alerted with the error message No INSTALL_DIR, click OK to proceed
- Once the installer has finished copying files, proceed with step 5. of the Toontown Installation
