I have to say that I always thought there should be some way to avoid an anvil. Like by swerving the right way when you hear it coming or something. That would be better.
I do use anvils though. And while I hate them dropped on me, I get over it. It's just a game. I'll live to try another day. Or two. Maybe even three.
I've raced with toons who drop anvils and then when one gets dropped on them they react with stinks and sobs and chase the dropper around after the race stinking him still.
