Here's my story
Acorn Acres could turn out to be the hardest neighborhood, with Level 6-9 cogs on 2 streets, and 7-10 cogs on the street that leads to Bossbot HQ. So, why do I say all this stuff? Because, it'd be wacky to put the hardest HQ in a neighborhood without any cogs.
