They've been working on this story for ages, posting apparent "progress" on finding the BBHQ location. TT developers have always known where it's location was going to be but it would be no fun just telling us that weeks ago. So, they decided to make a story about it with toon "investigators". This is all just to keep our interest going and to let us know it will be out soon.
