I have a clue to this problem which might help people!! I've just tried loading up my account on our other PC here at home and had no trouble getting on to TT. As soon as it started loading, I tried loading it on this one (my problem machine) and it still didn't load.
So that's my problem. It works on one of my PCs but not the other. Does that help anyone else?
