No cuz I was here when lawbot HQ was here it released in the month of March or April 2006 and there was no team lahfflbhq or whatever toontown just realeased it like no problem aND THATS WHAT THEY SHOULD DO WITH BBHQ INSTEAD OF STALLING US I WAITED OVER 1 1/2 YEARS AFTER LBHQ FOR THIS!!!!!
