Well people sell shirts with logos at high prices while a regular one sells much cheaper :P (Don't forget all those people that pay anything for someone's autograph xD)
This deal actually does save you money, as you pay less for each month by paying in advance, and Disney throws in free a special Toontown themed item. I don't see why people are acting like you pay ONLY for the notebook
