How much laff did he have currently, and what position was the VP in? I only toon up people on low laff depending how low the laff and how close the VP is to the edge.
Besides, there is ALWAYS a second side of the story, and whenever the "victim," or the first person to report the incident, is being rude and stubborn, they are probably partially bending the truth... :/
AND when I was in a VP once, I had a perfectly planned out plan, and after I lured the cogs, I was going to toon up a low laffed toon that was about to go sad. The lure missed and the toon went sad, it was an accident. I had no way of telling the toon my plan, so sometimes if somebody doesn't talk to you, it doesn't mean they don't care about you...
And how do you know it was "stinky behavior?" They might not have toon up, or they might've been out of Toon up. Many things could've happened, and "no" might've been rude, but they might not have been able to toon him up.
AND AND when did he go into the Lobby? Did you go in early? Did you go in with toons that were encouraging people to go in early? From my experiences with CCGing, the toons that want to go in early don't always follow the rules.
