A birthday cake and "anything" can't take out a level 12 cog. What if the "anything" is a squirting flower.
2 opera singers only takes out a level 12 if they are used at the same time. For a wedding cake, the cogs have to be lured and there has to be a cream pie helping you. As Bubbles said, you have to use an organic train to kill a level 12. Even if you garden a toontanic it still only does -198 and it takes -200 to kill a level 12. So you'd need a helper gag with that, too. More than half of that is wrong, I'm guessing you have not been here much (no offense). But you probably want to have most/all of your info correct before you make a whole thread.
Recommended ways to take out certain cog levels
**Assuming Maxed Gags**
Take out a set of level 1s- Bugle, Aooga, Elephant, (soundless use barbara seville, or lure and use weak throw & squirt gags)
Take out a set of level 2s- aooga, elephant, soundless use barbara seville, or lure and use weak throw & squirt gags
Take out a set of level 3s-elephant, soundless use barbara seville, or lure and use weak throw & squirt gags
Take out a set of level 4s- Fog Horn, Barbara Seville, lure and use fruit pies/fire hose
Take out a set of level 5s- Fog, Sid Sonata
Take out a set of level 6s- Fog + Elephant, Moe Zart, Opera Singer, lure and use cream pies
Take out a set of level 7s- Moe Zart, Opera Singer, lure and use storm clouds
Take out a set of level 8s- Franz Neckvein, Geyser, Opera Singer, lure and use birthday cakes, Two Barbara sevilles
Take out a set of level 9s-Franz Neckvein + Elephant, Geyser, elephant + opera singer. Lure and use cakes/storm clouds
Take out a set of level 10s- Fog+Franz, Lure+Geyser, Lure+Wedding cake/unlured gardened wedding cake. Clerk Clara, Barnacle Bessie.
Take out a set of level 11s- Lure+Wedding Cake, Lure+Geyser. Clerk Clara. Barnacle Bessie. Toontanic. Railroad Tracks.
Take out a set of level 12s- Barnacle Bessie + Fog Horn, Clerk Clara + Elephant. Organic Railroad tracks, 2 Franz Neckvein, elephant+toontanic. Fog+Lure+Take out with birthday Cakes. Elephant + TNT + Lure.
That's from my solo thread, there are probably better ways to take out cogs when you're in a group of 4 though...
