I think Goofy Speedway needs to use jellybeans like everybody else and stop having it's "own form of currency" that can't be used anyplace else. So in short, if you're not in GS, your tickets are WORTHLESS (unlike Jellybeans and TOW goodies which can be used all over toontown) and that wouldn't be worth doing a CFO to get.
