We recently paid for a second account so our family members can play together. And we tried the email approach suggested here to get a toon moved to the new account. I have a question for those that have done this successfully. Do you actually get a reply to let you know they are working on it, or does your character just suddenly move? I am trying to figure out if my move request was even received or not, but not sure what to try if the emailed request doesn't seem to trigger any change.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
