Help, im not advancing!
I had been a member of toontown for about 5 months and had to quit my membership 4 a little while. I still have have my trees and flower pots, and can still plant. I have been on lvl 3 flower and cannot advance. i have planted over like 60 of these. have i just not planted enough of them? HELP!!
