My friend was suspended on Sunday night around 8ish and she was reinstated on Wednesday night - around the same time.
Her email from them showed her what she did to get the suspension and then told her a parent needed to sign in and accept the terms of agreement.
Once she signed in with whatever they requested - she accepted the terms and was allowed back into Toontown. (She's a parent)
You should be reinstated on Sunday - and you may need a parent to sign in.
My friend had to use her parent password she had thru that DXD or whatever it is to get her account of suspension.
