I just picked up my hardwood rod yesterday. I didn't have many friends on last night and wasn't up to facing LOM tasks solo so I went fishing. I went from #39 to #50. Cool!

The ones that I have left (that I can catch with this rod) seem to be the ones that others have trouble with too, so I don't feel too bad about that.

Old King, Scurvy Cutthroat, Siamese Cat, Clara Nurse (I haven't really tried for her yet), Half Moon (didn't try too hard either), Holey Mackeral, All Star, Concord, Devil Ray and Baby Grand.

Since it'll be 4 more weeks til I can even buy my Steel Rod, I think I'll wait til I am needing more jellybeans and have another evening where my friends aren't around. But it was fun to keep checking names off the list. AND gain 2 laff points in one day from fishing.

Your list has been very helpful, Matt Wild Horse. A little easier for me to follow than the lsit from Batleth... altho I do have both printed out. I don't know that I'll ever have the time or drive to fish so many buckets every day. Even the maintenance level is more than what I want to do. lol
