I have a couple of UK accounts and a US account (which my daughter is on). She was banned last week for parking (fair enough), but after the 72 hours ban, we had to call the US and leave a message on a machine, including telephone number.
Disney is supposed to call back, which they didn't, so we left another message, and again, no reply.
Last night we called a different (non-related to unbanning) number, and were told that the US offices won't call the UK - so be aware if you have a US account.
We are transferring our last US account over to the UK, as i'm tired of hearing stories of how easily US accounts are banned, for nonsense.
Presumably the UK accounts will be monitored to this degree in the future, which is when I shall consider quitting.
So if you have a US account, don't waste your time calling the number given, go through any other number but that.
