Ok everyone I have found a way to get the new launcher downloaded for those of you who are having problems with downloading the new launcher.
- 2000/XP users: Open the TT web site and use the PLAY button on the LEFT side of the page.
- Vista Users who have used the old launcher: Go to Start Menu and type in "Command Prompt" into the search box, but DON'T hit enter, instead, RIGHT click on the Command Prompt listing near the top of the Start Menu and select Run As Adminstrator, Then after the UAC prompt, enter this in into the Command Prompt window exactly as shown without the quotes "start https://account.toontown.com/webLoginDirect.php" and hit enter, you should get the Log In page here. Click the red PLAY button on the left if you end up at the home page after logging in.
- In both situations, you should get the Download Launcher page. Click on the Download Launcher button to reinstall TT
