Yeah.. definitely no griefers.. yet, I guess..
But, when you come to think about it, not many friendly people..
In toontown, when you're battling with other toons, there's always the friendly speedchat and laughs.. in PoTCo I haven't really met any people that I really like. I tried talking to people by the docks in port royal and tortuga, but not many responded.. =p
Both are good games, but so far I think Toontown is better..
