The TT server works on US Pacific time.
What you could do is change the timezone here at TTC so that it's set to US Pacific, then you would know when it's October 31st here and you could make your black cat. Once you've done that, you can reset your times.
Or do a search for time conversion between NZ and US so you know when to make it.
