I can transfer my toon from UK to US. (Both the UK and US customer support reps have the same copy and paste reply, lol )
Toontown US does accept international toons if you pay with Paypal since Paypal bypasses the patriot act which prohibts the use of personal information regarding to funds overseas. (Paypal bypasses this since it is a bank)
